You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3. User Content Users can upload and share content, including photos and videos of their  activities. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display this content to facilitate the Service. You must ensure that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights and complies with our guidelines. 

4. Payments and Subscriptions Access to certain features of our Service requires a subscription. Players and agents/player representatives will be required to pay a monthly subscription fee, which may differ based on user type. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Refunds are not offered. 

5. Data Collection and Privacy We collect personal data, including demographic information and sport-related details, to provide and improve our Service.

6. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property associated with our Service are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use any intellectual property without our prior written consent. 

7. Prohibited Conduct 

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our Service: 

• Illegal Activities: You must not use our Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, or national laws or regulations.

• Commercial Exploitation: You must not use our Service for commercial exploitation without our explicit consent. This includes using our platform to solicit business or promote services unrelated to the purpose of connecting athletes with agents.
